To power your matches, your trajectory prediction, salary insights and Haven's guidance. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising against it.
When you apply or make your profile discoverable, verified employers can see your profile and Career DNA. They never see your private conversations with Haven. You control your visibility in Settings.
You can turn off what Haven uses, hide yourself from specific companies, export your data, or delete your account, all from Settings > Privacy. Verification and anti-fraud records may be retained where required.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform for genuine career and hiring purposes. Misrepresentation, fraudulent listings and automated scraping are not permitted.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Employers must complete verification before their listings go live.
Paid placements (Spotlight) are always labelled and fairly rotated. Merit signals such as "Picked for you" and the Graduates' Choice Award are earned and cannot be purchased.
Keep interactions professional and lawful. We may remove content or accounts that harm the trust of the community.
We may update these terms; we'll flag material changes. Continued use means you accept the current version.
