Posting, career fair booths, campus drives and employer brand in one annual commitment. You get a plan and first pick of the calendar. We get to plan with you.
BUSINESS-MODEL.md for the reasoning and the open decisions.
A subscription here, a booth there, a campus slot if one is still free. Every item needs its own approval, and the good dates are gone by the time the budget clears.
One number in your annual budget, one agreement, and your fair dates and campus visits reserved before the season opens. Your hiring calendar is set in advance, not assembled under pressure.
Each bundles what the season actually needs. Everything is still available separately if you would rather buy as you go.
Campus Scale, line by line, at the prices each item sells for on its own.
| Line | How it adds up | RM |
|---|---|---|
| Spotlight subscription | 2,500 × 12, less the 20% annual discount | 24,000 |
| 3 × premium fair booth | 7,500 × 3 | 22,500 |
| Featured virtual booth | 2,500 | |
| 1 × employer story | 8,000 | |
| Bought separately | before campus drives | 57,000 |
| As a partnership | committed annually | 48,000 |
The saving is real but it is not the point. What you are buying is a season that is already planned, and first choice of dates that run out.
Partner Stars are earned by replying to candidates within 48 hours and closing the loop on every application. Those Stars decide your Partner tier, and your tier decides when your booking window opens.
Gold and Platinum partners choose fair dates, booth positions and campus visits before the general window opens. Fair slots and campus weeks are genuinely limited, so this is worth more than a discount.
See tiers & benefits →Yes. Every booth, story and subscription keeps its own price. The partnership is for teams who would rather commit once and have the season planned.
Allocations are agreed for the year. Talk to your account partner about carrying unused items forward, which is a commercial decision rather than an automatic entitlement.
No. A partnership buys access and presence, not a guaranteed hire. For specific hard-to-fill roles we can quote separately as a licensed employment agency.
No, at any price. The "Picked for you" badge is earned by match quality alone, and award standing is never commercial. That rule is what makes both worth having.
Tell us how many graduates you need and which campuses matter to you. We will put a partnership together and show you the arithmetic behind every line.
